How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be made by visiting our website at: http://www.sandiegotravelbaby.com and one of our friendly staff will contact you within 24 hours to review and confirm the order. You may also place any orders by calling our toll free number: 1-877-738-SDTB(7382). Final confirmation of your order will be made by phone or email, depending on your preference, 48 hours prior to your arrival.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A: It is best to make your reservation as early as possible. Your order is subject to equipment availability. For last minute rentals, we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests.
Is there a minimum number of days required for rental?
A: Yes, there is a minimum of 2 days rental.
Do you install car seats?
A: No. We are not authorized to install car seats. Manuals are available for all of our products, upon request. We also recommend that you visit our local fire stations. They can help you with installation. You may also try the Child Passenger Safety Contacts at http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/injury/childps/contacts/
Is there a delivery charge?
A: Yes, delivery charges start at $25 and go up depending on delivery/pick-up location. This fee includes both delivery and pick-up of items rented.
Can you deliver to the airport?
A: No. We cannot deliver equipment directly to the airport due to FAA security policy. However, we can deliver to local car rental agencies. Alternatively, we can also arrange to meet customers at the Airport Cell Phone Lot, adjacent to the San Diego Airport for delivery and pick-up.
What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require a minimum of 48 hours to avoid any penalty. Any cancellations less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of your order to the provided credit card.
What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A credit card is required to hold the reservation. The full rental amount will be charged 48 hours prior to delivery.
What If I am not satisfied with the equipment provided?
A: If you are not satisfied with a piece of equipment, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a replacement.
Are your products safe and clean?
A: Yes. Children safety and cleanliness is our number one concern. We only purchase Juvenile Product Manufacturer Association (JPMA) certified products. Every item is sanitized and checked for safety before and after every use.
